A pod of five orcas hunting in unison never looked so peaceful. This video, captured by a drone, was taken by the Norwegian Orca Survey, a group of researchers committed to raising awareness for orca Conservation.
Viewing this video is another sobering reminder that orcas do not belong in tanks, and they certainly should not be bred in them! Orcas not only suffer physical distress when held captive, they suffer emotional stress that can lead to aggression. They are wild animals that should swim, hunt, and be free with their families, as shown in the video.
