Q-Tip the pretty white rescue kitty was born in the walls of a drug addict’s house and later saved, along with his brother, by YouTube user INNSOMKNEEACK. He’s a very special kitty because he has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia, which causes the wobbly, uncoordinated walk you see in the video.
Many cats with this condition are needlessly put down because they’re difficult to adopt out, or because pet parents mistakenly believe they’re suffering. But cats with cerebellar hypoplasia live just as long as normal cats, and their condition does not get worse over time.
As this clip shows, special needs cats can be just as affectionate, cute and fun to play with as any other. And we bet Q-tip makes his human laugh even more than the average feline. Just look at those facial expressions! With the right pet parent, almost any type of cat can find a loving and comfortable home.
Awesome owner!
I do not see any abuse here. But I think there\’s something else going on with Q-Tip. He looks like he\’s having trouble breathing. Maybe trip to the vet is needed.
Q-Tip and his brother came from a bad situation into a home that allows them to live, and get love.
I think INNSOMKNEEACK is awesome for taking these special kitties into his home.

Most people don\’t know that cats also purr when in distress or pain as it helps them release endorphins.. I once helped a young, distressed cat give birth (she wouldn\’t lick the kittens to clean them and I had to revive one) and she purred the entire time between her meows to help her pain….So,, I wouldn\’t presume that this cat is "happy", regardless of his condition, especially with his tail twitching and claws out, clearly showing agitation. He has brain damage from his underdeveloped cerebellum (malnourishment and/or poisoning from the toxic drug fumes causing his medical condition)…. "Happy", you say? I\’m not so sure as he\’s the equivalent of a mentally handicapped human (not saying they don\’t experience \’happiness\’, BTW)… but I\’m glad the poor boy has a loving home now. I don\’t understand though how some people are entertained by this though (that\’s like,, "hey,, look at the funny \’retard\’ ").
Good luck, Q-tip. :)
