After discovering a box of 24 baby poults at their doorstep, Farm Sanctuary volunteers stepped into action, taking the birds to receive immediate medical attention. Saved from some form of commercial facility, the poults were dirty and sick, suffering from upper respiratory infections and other ailments.

After weeks of medical care and love, the turkeys have regained their strength and have been cleared to go outside! These little baby turkeys have overcome incredible odds. Saved from an uncertain future and brought back to life, these little gobblers are now on track to have the wonderful life they deserve.

The first photos released of the poults were pretty adorable, but they pail in comparison to this video. If you are in need of a pick me up, watching these 24 birds step into the sunshine for the first time will certainly brighten your day.
