Alana Panton is a woman who was told that she had low fertility, which would ultimately make it impossible for her to naturally have a child. She was understandably devastated by the news, as well as the fact that her marriage fell apart around the same time. However, Panton did not want to give up and decided to take a less popular path.
Beforehand, Panton had been going through a very rough patch in her life. Struggling with mental health, she turned to prescription drugs and alcohol. A failed attempt to take her life eventually made her to realize the damage that she was doing to her body.
Panton said, “I hadn’t realized I was abusing my body until then, but everything I was doing. Takeaways, prescribed medication, and alcohol – were all torturing my body. Afterward, I felt like an entirely new person, and I didn’t want to return to London, so I traveled to Bali instead.”
After taking another fertility test that also came back with low fertility with next to no chance of conceiving, Panton decided to really turn her life around to help her achieve her dream of having a child. She decided to cleanse her body by going vegan and began noticing obvious changes to her body within a month.
Panton eventually met someone new and had a whirlwind romance. Eventually, she was shocked to find that she was pregnant.
Positive that her detox helped her to have her baby, Theo, Panton now coaches others and helps them on their detox journeys.
