Yummy… I doubled the ingredients and it was delicious. The spices are perfect and I squeezed a little lime juice on top before serving.

Wonderful recipe! I made it simply, without the onion or artichoke, and it’s delicious!

First time making bread. It didn’t rise quite enough to call it bread but amazing taste, texture, and fullness. Made some changes to the recipe: 1/2 cup each of sorghum flour & maida flour; 1/2 cup of melted Biona sunflower spread; 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt; 1 cup of self-raising light brown flour; apple-cinnamon-flax-chia seed mix

My changes turned out well:n- 2 tsp saltn- blend MOST of the soup for a more chowder consistencyn- use canned corn. Add a half/full can after blending the potatoes and let it simmer.
