They are a privately held, 100% family-owned and operated company who pride themselves on offering premium, sustainable, fair and direct trade coffee and tea. They grow their own coffee on 6 biodiverse, organic farms in Panama and Mexico. By growing their own coffee on biodiverse shade coffee farms, they are a carbon negative company. The Rodgers Family Co. believes that Fair Trade Certified is not enough. They pay farmers much more than the minimum $1.31 per pound.
