1. Avocado–Lemon Body Scrub
Ingredients

- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ lemon
Directions
- Cut avocado into halves, remove pit and scoop out the insides, placing them into a small bowl.
- Add sugar to bowl
- Squeeze lemon juice into bowl
- Stir well, until one smooth, even mixture
- Apply during a bath/shower
- May last in a closed and refrigerated container for a few days.

- ¼ cup Epsom Salt
