Even though rich countries are more responsible for Climate change and over-emitting greenhouse gases, poor countries often face the worst consequences. From severe droughts to flooding and other extreme weather events, poor countries are dealing with a lot. On top of that, they are also expected to implement green energy projects like the rest of the developed world.
