Kathy Stevens: Founder, Catskill Animal Sanctuary

Kathy Stevens is the founder and director of Catskill Animal Sanctuary, a 110-acre haven for rescued horses and farm animals in upstate New York. A former educator, Kathy works to spread her message of compassionate living through a vegan diet to all ages. Kathy's two critically and popularly-acclaimed books, Where the Blind Horse Sings, and Animal Camp: Lessons in Love and Hope From Rescued Farm Animals, share stories from Catskill Animal Sanctuary and some of the life-altering lessons learned from the animals who call CAS home.
