Ian Michler

Ian has spent the last 25 years working as a safari operator, specialist guide, consultant and environmental photo-journalist across Africa. He has published seven natural history and travel books on Africa, is a member of the International League of Conservation Writers, the Conservation Action Trust, and is a Director of Eden to Addo. He is presently based along the Garden Route in South Africa where he is co-owner and manager of Invent Africa, a specialist safari company that runs trips to 15 countries across Africa.
