Vicki and Alan Kernohan

We are Vicki and Alan, a husband and wife team, who love making good food. It was difficult to find consistently good dairy free recipes and ideas that weren’t necessarily vegan. There were plenty of vegan options, and generally that’s a safe choice for me when we’re eating out, but at home we wanted more variety. Hence, Cast Iron Cookie was born.
