The Hope for Paws team was taken back to not one but two familiar locations in this “BOGO” rescue. Several months ago, a Newfoundland named Everest was rescued from the streets. The locals reported another dog with him who was believed to be his brother, but sadly, he disappeared. Well, we are happy to inform you he has been found! Eldad and Loreta wasted no time getting back out there to rescue Everest’s ole pal.
With the help of two compassionate neighbors who had been feeding the dog, the team was able to easily rescue the dog, who they named Fuji.
But wait, it gets better! Apparently, Fuji is a very likable pup because he had another friend nearby, a Golden Retriever named Tai. How wonderful is it that these two sweethearts got to experience their freedom ride together?
After receiving medical treatment and nice warm baths, both gentlemen were ready for the next step in their new life — forever homes! Eldad and Loreta went back to Oregon so that Fuji could join his brother, and thanks to Barks N’ Bitches, Tai has found a forever home in sunny California!
