Get ready to celebrate! It’s Rootie the pig’s sweet 16 and you are invited!
Rootie was the runt of his litter and thus, he was going to be killed by the farmer. However, a woman who was visiting the farm convinced him to let her take little Rootie home. She brought him over to CAPE’s Animal Sanctuary when he was a few months old and he’s been enjoying life there ever since. As a senior, he’s even become the King of the Barnyard pasture!
Enjoy this virtual celebration of sweet (and sleepy) Rootie’s birthday! His guests deliver heartfelt birthday messages and after a little nap, Rootie is ready to chow down on his beautiful birthday cake with some of his barnyard friends! Finally, he is presented with his birthday gift: a new scratcher!
