According to court records, the puppy suffered three broken ribs, a fractured rear leg, a bruised spine, a collapsed lung, and a nosebleed. The abuse was reportedly triggered by a potty accident, something completely normal for a puppy so young. This animal barely survived and may require a leg amputation. This is not discipline.
