This time, she neglected 47 animals, including 20 dogs and 27 cats, in her Cape May residence. Authorities found the environment littered with flies, animal waste, and hoarded items piled to the ceiling.

What’s more disturbing, the woman neglected her bedridden mother, leaving her unattended for over 24 hours at a time without necessary medications or food. The living conditions were so hazardous that her mother’s room was overrun with dog crates containing animals living in their own feces, surrounded by trash and insects.
