Meet Wrinkle the Duck: A Waddling Celebrity Taking the World by Storm in NYC

Introducing Wrinkle the Duck, an adorable companion and a rising star. This 2-year-old duck lives in New York City and frequently joins her owner on various excursions. Recently, Wrinkle made a trip to a local PetSmart store, where she dressed up in cute outfits, checked out toys, and met other avian buddies.

Wrinkle and her owner, who wishes to stay anonymous, are quite familiar with PetSmart as they have visited the store several times. However, this occasion marked their first documented visit. Ducks are slowly becoming more popular as pets, although they remain relatively rare. While it is legal to own ducks as pets in some areas of the U.S., certain municipalities prohibit keeping poultry as pets.

Wrinkle has won over countless hearts, amassing 1.63 million followers on YouTube under the username Seducktive. Her fans eagerly await updates on her daily escapades, from ice skating to record store shopping. Wrinkle’s PetSmart adventure video garnered over 7 million views, eliciting a wave of enthusiastic reactions.

One viewer remarked, “I can’t get enough of Wrinkle’s little stomps as she waddles around the store, she’s a beautiful quacker.”

Wrinkle’s achievements don’t stop there. In 2021, she made headlines by participating in the New York City Marathon. In 2022, the athletic duck set a world record when she finished the kids’ 1K Long Island Marathon in a mere 18 minutes and eight seconds.

Wrinkle’s owner expressed appreciation for the tremendous Support, stating, “I’m glad there are so many people out there who love Wrinkle as much as I do. It really has been a trip.”
