Osman Salih is a hero who has shown incredible bravery and selflessness in the face of adversity. Despite struggling to protect his own family during days of heavy fighting in Sudan’s capital, Khartoum, he has made it his mission to ensure that the animals at his sanctuary do not go hungry.

Running a sanctuary is no easy feat, even in peaceful times, yet Osman Salih has managed to keep the animals fed and cared for during a time when many are struggling to survive.

Osman Salih’s work is a testament to the fact that even in the darkest of times, there are those who will continue to fight for what is right and good in the world.
