Cooking Time



  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 large handful fresh basil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
