Ingredients You Need for Superfood Berry Breakfast Bowl [Vegan]

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup of mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of lucuma powder (optional)
  • 1 handful of spinach (or kale, chard, mint…)
  • Toppings of your choice: fresh berries, goji berries, chia seeds, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped almonds…

How to Prepare Superfood Berry Breakfast Bowl [Vegan]

  1. Combine almond milk, banana, berries, chia seeds, maca powder and lucuma powder in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the greens of your choice and blend again.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.

Notes

Maca powder and lucuma powder are optional, but they will add a nice flavor to this smoothie bowl and lots of health benefits.
