Spring Tune-Up Smoothie [Vegan]

Ingredients
- 1 small handful kale or other greens like collards, Swiss chard, spinach
- 1/2 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1/4 inch chunk of fresh ginger
- 2-3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (Hearts)
- 1 Tablespoon ground or whole Chia Seed
- 1/4 Lemon (with skin if using organic - otherwise just the juice)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric or 1/4 inch chunk fresh turmeric
Preparation
- Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
