  • 1 small handful kale or other greens like collards, Swiss chard, spinach
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 inch chunk of fresh ginger
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds (Hearts)
  • 1 Tablespoon ground or whole Chia Seed
  • 1/4 Lemon (with skin if using organic - otherwise just the juice)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric or 1/4 inch chunk fresh turmeric
