Ingredients

For the Mash:
  • 2 small celeriac
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large Dutch cream potatoes
  • 2 cups pumpkin, cubed
For the Topping:
  • Olive oil
  • Dukkah
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Peel vegetables and steam for twenty minutes until soft.
  2. Pour in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with dukah.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
