Red Velvet Bliss Bites [Vegan]
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 4 tablespoons beet juice
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- More shredded coconut for rolling
- Add all the ingredients to your food processor and blitz until the mix comes together.
- Roll into balls and coat with your favorite toppings – coconut, cacao, seeds, etc.
