How to Make Rainbow Toast [Vegan, Gluten-Free]



For the Base:

For Hot Pink Cream Cheese:

  • 1 teaspoon beet juice, plus more as desired

For the Orange Cream Cheese:

  • 1-inch piece turmeric root, juiced or blended

For the Light Green Cream Cheese:

  • 3 drops chlorophyll

For the Light Blue Cream Cheese:

  • 1/4 teaspoon spirulina

For the Purple Cream Cheese:

  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried blueberries, smashed into a powder

For the Light Pink Cream Cheese:

  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries, smashed into a powder
  • A drop of beet juice, to make the color pop (optional)


  1. Blend the ingredients for each color with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Serve with your favorite toast.
