How to Prepare Holiday Poutine Fries [Vegan]

    1. Prepare the stuffing according to recipe instructions (linked in the ingredients list) or according to package directions if using store-bought stuffing.
    2. Cook french fries in air fryer for about 15 minutes, or in the oven until desired crispness is reached.
    3. Prepare and heat gravy on the stovetop over medium heat.
    4. In a separate saucepan, heat peas over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until warm.
    5. Warm the cranberry sauce in a pot over the stove. I prefer cranberry sauce warm, but you can also serve it cold for contrast!
    6. On a large plate, create a layer of french fries. Top with stuffing and peas.
    7. Pour gravy over fries, stuffing, and peas.
    8. Sprinkle small chunks of the plant-based Feta cheese over the poutine.
    9. Top it all off with a few spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, and a bit more gravy if desired.
