- Add the dried flowers, water, and agave into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and bring it to a low simmer for 30 minutes.
- In the meanwhile, sterilize a glass bottle with boiling water and dry it with a kitchen towel. After 30 minutes of simmering, take the cordial off the heat, stir in the lime juice, and leave the cordial to cool for at least 15 minutes.
- Use a cheesecloth or kitchen cloth and a funnel to strain the cordial into the sterilized bottle.
- Taste it and add more agave if desired. Serve cold with sparkling water.
