In the mood for pizza but don't necessarily want a messy, decked out tomato sauce-based pie? Sounds like this 'white' pizza is exactly what you need. The base is a combination of chopped cauliflower, quinoa flour, and chia seeds, which is then topped with creamy cashew cheese, red onions, cherry tomatoes, dried oregano, and plenty of garlic. Delicious!
