This recipe is a great appetizer to serve at parties or as a mid-day snack when the cravings hit.
What You’ll Need
Frozen tater tots
Chopped white onion
Old Bay Seasoning
Diced tomato
Oil
Vegan cheddar cheese
Mustard
Ketchup
Scallions
Vegan beef-style ground or crumbled vegan sausage
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Grease a muffin pan and place a handful of tater tots in each cup.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
While the tater tots are baking, prepare the cheeseburger topping. In a large on medium-high heat, add oil, vegan meat, spices, and seasoning. After about 5 minutes, reduce heat.
Fill each tater tot cup with a generous spoonful of filling and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
