Singer P!nk Donates Funds to Save Puppy in Need of Surgery

After learning of a puppy in need of emergency surgery at the Ace of Hearts animal rescue organization, P!nk responded by providing much needed funds to save her last week.

US News reports P!nk donated the $5,000 needed for the surgery after the puppy, Stella, was rescued from the L.A. river where she had been cruelly tossed and broke three legs. P!nk has been an outspoken voice for animals working on campaigns for P.E.T.A. including campaigns against the use of fur, wool and circus cruelty.
