Petition: Help Find the Man Who Dragged Dogs Behind His Car

A horrific case of animal cruelty happened in DeKalb County, Georgia. A man tied two dogs to his car and dragged them along the road. One dog died, while the other is suffering with serious injuries. Shockingly, the man fled the scene and has not yet been caught.

Surveillance footage captured this brutal act but failed to catch the car’s license plate. Right now, the DeKalb County District Attorney and Police must do everything they can to find this person and bring him to justice.
