Paralyzed Dachshund Gets His Wiggles Out in Adorable Video

Despite facing a challenging condition that left him paralyzed, Teddy the Dachshund’s spirit remains unbroken as he continues to embrace his favorite activity—zoomies.

At the age of seven, Teddy was diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), a debilitating condition that robbed him of the use of his back legs. While it could have been a devastating blow to his happiness, Teddy’s resilience shines through, and he refuses to let his condition define him.

His devoted owner, who chooses to remain anonymous, shared with Newsweek that Teddy believes in living a happy and fulfilled life, regardless of the obstacles in his path. It is this attitude that has endeared Teddy to a global audience, as he teaches us all a valuable lesson about perseverance and joy.
