Ducklings Rescued From Storm Drain and Reunited With Mom! (VIDEO)

Unfortunately for many animals, we live in a world where the natural landscape is constantly being changed to help suit our daily lives. While many things, like storm drains, are certainly helpful for us, they can also prove to be dangerous for our little animal friends. These little ducklings had to learn that the hard way when they fell right through the openings in the drain and became separated from their mother without any way of getting out.

Fortunately, the world we live in is also full of amazing people like these guys who heard the chirping from the storm drain and helped save the little ducklings. One by one the frightened baby ducks are scooped up and set free to return to mama. While it’s sad to think of what could have happened had no one been there to help, our hearts melt a little bit when we get to watch them jump out of the net and run back to their families.
