Do you remember when you and your friends used to play hot lava as kids? It’s the awesome game where you would pretend the floor is so hot that you can’t walk on it, and you have the “safe” stepping stones that were the only things you could step on until you reached the other side? Well, that’s exactly what this dog is doing. It just goes to show that dogs are just little kids with more hair and more legs.
And can you blame us for thinking so? Smithsonian Magazine even says that our pets are learning to behave more and more like human children in loving relationships with human moms and dads. We learn to treat our dogs like our children who will never grow up, and they, in turn, become the fur babies we already see them to be.
As more and more of us consider our dogs to be our children, we can definitely expect more “walking on lava” antics from the dogs we love.
