Sister Moonshine, a stray dog, was the victim of a callous act by a group of children, but thankfully her story has a happy ending. In a St. Louis neighborhood, kids were caught throwing rocks and sticks at the innocent dog and chasing her around the streets. How horrible!
An adult neighbor was kind enough to lead Sister Moonshine into their yard and close the gate while calling the folks over at Stray Rescue of St. Louis for help. The team came in no time and approached the pup in the yard. Sister Moonshine was favoring one of her back legs and it was evident she was injured. Despite being tormented by the neighborhood kids, this sweet gal couldn’t stop wagging her tail as rescuers came close. She even rolled over on her back for belly rubs!
Now, Sister Moonshine is safe at the Stray Rescue of St. Louis shelter and is getting the medical attention (and all the belly rubs!) she deserves. If you’d like to make a donation towards her care, click here. This love bug will find a loving, forever home in no time!

If I had caught those little sob\’s they would wish their mommys had learned how to use a hanger to abort these sub humans.
if a child does this sick act to any animal, they will do it throughout their lives.
just check murderers and you will see they started out as a kid harming/killing animals, dogs, cats etc.
These kids need to be put into the justice system and for penalty 12 months working in animal shelters.
