It looks like a puppy and an older dog are putting aside their years apart in age and getting along quite fine. Imagine what the older dog must have thought when the owner brought the puppy home. “Are you kidding me? Now I have to share the house with this little thing?”
But that puppy is turning out to be a great friend. In this video, the older Golden Retriever seems to be having a bad dream, and the puppy comforts him. The older dog shakes a bit, but as he’s having the nightmare, the puppy rushes toward him to make sure he’s OK, then stands by him. Looks like this older dog has not only a new friend, but also a mini protector. Adorable!

You people who write for this website read WAY to much into animal behavior. That puppy is simply curious. The other dog is making noises and the puppy is curious. The puppy then simply curls up next to the other dogs because that\’s what pack animals do. You people are nuts.
