Some cats and dogs simply don’t get along. They may be legitimately afraid of their four-legged counterparts or they might just not like each other very much for a number of different reasons (perhaps they’re too annoying, bossy, or meddlesome).
Other times, felines and canines manage to put aside their differences and deal with one another — some remain indifferent, while other pairs develop deep, long-lasting bonds.
It is this latter relationship that never ceases to leave us in awe, illustrating that despite all odds love and kindness can prevail and bring two unlikely individuals together.

Hammie helped foster these adorable kittens, playing and cuddling with them whenever he could, until they were ready to go on their life journeys themselves and were adopted into loving forever homes.
While Hammie and his guardian have finished off this round of fostering, they may just find other little bundles of joy inhabiting their house once again in the future, as they both fell in love with the idea of fostering.
