While out for a walk with her dog, Edi, a TikToker named Ashley made a surprising discovery. As they passed an abandoned house on their usual route, she noticed two small puppies running around in the front yard. Stunned and unsure of what to do, Ashley quickly felt a sense of responsibility for the puppies’ wellbeing.

Ashley took Edi back home and hurried back to the abandoned house in her car. She was anxious and worried about the puppies‘ safety while she was away. Ashley knew that the house had been vacant for some time, but she knocked on the door and looked in the windows just in case. She believes the puppies were most likely abandoned at the property intentionally.

After rescuing the puppies, Ashley brought them home, fed them, and bathed them. Together with Edi, they have been caring for the pups. Ashley named the puppies Tempura and Panko and has scheduled vet appointments for them.

Tempura, described as a mischievous little rascal, loves stealing toys from Edi, while Panko is an affectionate pup who enjoys giving kisses in exchange for chin rubs. Both puppies are proving to be quick learners, understanding the concept of going outside and that sitting earns them treats.

Ashley has been in contact with the local shelter, providing pictures and the location where she found the puppies. So far, there has been no word from anyone looking for them. It seems unlikely that the previous humans will come forward to claim them.

Although the sudden addition of foster puppies has been a bit overwhelming for Ashley, they have brought immense joy to her and Edi’s lives in a short time. She admits that with each passing day, it becomes harder to imagine giving them up. Edi, too, has taken a liking to the puppies and has done an excellent job keeping them entertained and well-behaved.
