• 4 Sweet Potatoes
• 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans
• 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite spices
• 1/4 cup hummus
• Oat milk ( to thin out the consistency)
• 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2-3 garlic cloves
• pinch of salt
