• 2 teaspoons canola oil
• 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2-inch piece of a cucumber
• 2 cups mixed greens salad (I used a mix of spinach, lollo rosso, lollo verde, arugula and lamb's lettuce)
• 1 avocado
• 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
• Ground pepper
