Joanna Toole, World Animal Protection

I’ve been a proud member of the Wildlife Team at World Animal Protection since 2007. I’m committed to the protection of all animals, but the underwater world and the animals within it are my greatest passion. I developed a love of diving when in Australia and still try to get in the ocean to do a dive whenever I can. My blog will follow my work on our Sea Change campaign – working towards a future where marine animals are free from the risk of being entangled in ghost gear and where industry and governments are committed to maintaining ghost gear-free seas. I’ll bring you stories about the projects we are working on, the great partnerships we have, the Sea Change champions I meet on the way and of course the sea animals we are protecting.
