The Institute for Humane Education (IHE) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to fostering a compassionate, peaceful, sustainable world for all people, animals & the earth through humane education. Humane education approaches human rights, environmental preservation and animal protection as interconnected and integral dimensions of a healthy, just society. IHE offers online programs, workshops and institutes, dynamic resources, and five accredited graduate programs in humane education in affiliation with Valparaiso University.
