When Milkshake arrived at The Grace Foundation in El Dorado Hills, Calif., she didn’t know who she was. Was she a human, cow, or dog? She was having an identity crisis.
For two years, prior to her rescue, she lived alone — in a 10′ x 10′ pen. With no one to show her the ropes, she started to take on the characteristics of Beth DiCaprio, her new human mom, and fellow animal family.
Milkshake was surrounded by DiCaprio’s dogs, and one of the dogs, Riley, became her mentor. The young cow has grown up with Riley and the other dogs, and thus, believes she’s one too. Although she probably wonders why they say, “Woof,” while she can only muster a “Moo.”
This confused cow was now eight years old at the time this video was taken and had grown into 1,200 pounds of cuteness. Watch her adventures in the video above and below.
