Hysterical Video Shows Cat and Human’s “Bonding” Trip to Home Depot

photoshopped image of cat dressed as carpenter

When one hilarious Instagram user adopted a male cat, they weren’t quite sure how to bond with him. So, they took the cat to every guy’s favorite shopHome Depot! The resulting video documenting their trip is nothing short of hysterical. And it appears to have worked! The ragdoll cat appears to have had a great time at the building supply store.

The video opens with a shot of the cat being pushed through the Home Depot aisles in a shopping cart. The text overlay on the video reads, “Trying to bond with my male cat, but idk what men do for fun so I took him to Home Depot”. The pair spends some time perusing the aisles. They check out some lighting, and tools, and check on lumber prices (which they say are “ridiculous”).

While the funny video of the cat at Home Depot has racked up well over one million views, Instagram users had some words of caution for the cat’s human. Instagram user dartz098 wrote, “What are you doing!? Now he’s going to want to build a 10-story cat house with furniture, lighting, and plumbing!” Another user had similar words of warning. “This is so dangerous! Your cat will become obsessed with Home Depot, work his way up to CEO, and have no time for you!” wrote feistyclub.
