These raw vegan ginger energy bites provide the perfect burst of energy and flavor to wake you up pre- or post-workout or from the dreaded 3 p.m. slump. I've packed them full of nutrients from almonds, cashews, chia seeds, and the star of the whole recipe- the powerhouse anti-inflammatory agent, ginger. Roll these into the perfect bite size for a quick snack on the go that provides a lot of punch. Sweetened only with dates, you're going to love this raw, vegan snack.

I blended these ginger balls in a jiffy with my Ninja blender - I don\'t own a food processor or high-speed blender - and they came together just great. I used a heaping T. of raw ginger bits from King Arthur Flour. I mooshed the ground mixture into a tablespoon to form balls, and made 10. My treats aren\'t dark like those in the photo, but they are absolutely delicious! One of the greatest raw vegan treats EVER!
