Demand Justice For Dog Who Froze to Death in Backyard!

Another dog has died an agonizing death as the result of being left outside in freezing temperatures. It is a horrifying act of neglect which is why a new petition on the Care2 Petition platform is asking the Hartford, Connecticut Police to seek swift justice for this poor animal.

It was thanks to a call by a concerned local that this situation was even discovered and brought to light. The dog was found by investigation officers dead in his dog house on New Years Day. For anyone to even think it would be ok to leave any pet in those type of frigid conditions is heartbreaking. It’s hard to imagine what this innocent dog went through – cold, scared, and all alone, but we can demand justice by signing the petition so that this neglectful owner understands the magnitude of their actions.
