  • 1 med banana , peeled
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 3 med medjool dates , pitted
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg or cardamom, to garnish (optional)

How to Prepare Raw Mango Lassi [Vegan]

  1. Add everything (except for the nutmeg) to the blender and blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into glasses and drink.
