After six years of maintaining a vegetarian diet, Ellie Goulding announced in an interview with The Cut that she plans to transition into a fully vegan diet. Goulding is a Grammy-nominated singer who spends much of her free time focusing on wellness and exercise. She trains for half-marathons, enjoys yoga, and focuses on improving her mental health and wellness through different forms of diet and exercise.
