Meet the three most playful bear cubs you ever did see: Tara, History, and Sleepy. These three, five month old cubs were found by police, orphaned in a village in South Serbia. With the help of Four Paws International, a wildlife rescue organization, these three rambunctious cuties are on their way to the “Bear Orphan Station” in Romania.
At their new home the three will learn to adjust to living in a spacious, semi-wild environment. Given minimal care from the human attendants, these little guys are now free to learn all they need to know to survive when they are finally released back into the wild.
While Tara, History, and Sleepy look like the moving embodiment of the perfect teddy bear, it is imperative that they be allowed to express their natural bear behaviors. Even though they are cute enough to cuddle, these little babies will one day grow up to be bonafide wild bears free to roam the wilderness as they please, all thanks to the hard work of Four Paws and the Bear Orphan Station.
