Rescued Pit Bull Who Survived Having His Muzzle Tightly Bound Gets a Happy Ending (VIDEO)

Blue the Pit Bull featured in this video was brought to Bethel Animal Hospital in Maine with shocking wounds to his muzzle. While vets are unsure of what exactly was used to constrict the dog’s mouth, his muzzle was bound so tightly that it cut into his skin and the inside of his mouth was visible.

Sadly, due to several myths and stigmas against Pit Bulls, many dogs like Blue are subject to abuse. But if Blue’s resilience and kind, trusting nature is any indication, Pit Bulls are hardly the vicious, aggressive dogs they’re make them out to be. In fact, those that are raised by responsible pet parents can be just as gentle and loving as any other dog!

Thanks to his sweet and loving disposition, Blue didn’t spend long at the animal hospital before being adopted. Although the vets at Bethel were sad to see Blue leave, he’s finally found the forever home that he truly deserves!
