Three dogs nearly froze to death after being left outside during extreme winter conditions in Connecticut. When authorities arrived, temperatures were around minus eleven degrees Fahrenheit with wind chill. The dogs were reportedly tied up, trapped, and left without food or water because bowls had frozen solid. One dog was allegedly hidden by a resident as officers intervened. This was not an isolated incident. Sign the petition now.
Neighbors had previously reported suspected animal cruelty at the same home in 2018 and 2023. One of the men involved was charged with criminal animal cruelty in 2018. Despite this history, the dogs were again left to suffer in freezing weather, while another was confined to a cold basement. This level of neglect puts animals at serious risk and shows a clear pattern of harm. Connecticut authorities must act to protect animals and prevent future abuse. Sign the petition now to permanently ban those responsible from owning or working with animals. Sign the petition now to stand up for animals.
