Sometimes, we happen to come across homeless animals who, for whatever reason, we can’t take home with us. Some of us have animals at home who need to be only-child pets. Some of us are allergic. Some of us live with people who really don’t like animals. No matter what this family’s reason was to not take home the kitten they found outdoors while they were on vacation, they knew they needed to do something to help this poor little guy and did the best thing that could’ve possibly happened in that situation.
While not all of us might know a little old lady who desperately wants a kitten, there are always things you can do when you see an animal who needs a home and you can’t give him/her one. For example, you can take them to a shelter or give them to someone you know that loves animals and would love to take one in (even if it’s only as a foster situation). Some animal rescue facilities will even come to you to come pick up the little critter that you saved – they might even have a family already who is desperately looking for them and wants them to come home.
It’s a great thing that this little kitty found his forever home with a woman who will love him so much and always take care of him!
